Re: SHG error

Dear sunxl

we fixed another bug in the code, now should be fine.
I tested on your system with smaller k-points grid (9 6 1) and few bands (71 - 78).
in attachment the plots and inputs.

Please download the bug-fixes again now it should be fine

Re: TD-aGW shg oscillation

Dear sunxl

we fixed a bug in the lumen and now should work.
Please download the last bug-fixes version here:

https://gitlab.com/lumen-code/lumen/-/archive/bug-fixes/lumen-bug-fixes.tar.gz?ref_type=heads

then let me give you some advise:

1) first of all try before to calculate the independent ...

Re: TD-aGW shg oscillation

Dear sunxl

I run all the tutorial again with the bug-fixes version of Lumen
and it worked for me.
I fixed a couple of typos in the wiki, let know if it is clearer now

Re: SHG error

Dear Sunxl

please put your inputs DFT and Lumen in the forum, I will try to reproduce your error
and fix it

Re: TD-aGW shg oscillation

Dear sunxl

your input seems correct to me, please try to:

1) use the last version of Lumen 2.1

2) use YamboPy to postprocess the results

and let us know if the problem is still present

Re: Regarding charged systems

Dear Aseem,

I'm principle both GW and BSE should work for metalic systems, namely charged systems in your case.

The only thing not perfectly reproduced is probably the Drude peak at \omega=0.

Re: Dielectric constant at w=0 from GW calculations

Now it is possible with the last version of YamboPy
with the command

yambopy plotem1s -r SAVE_folder

Dielectric constant at w=0 from GW calculations

Dear all

is there a way to extract the dielectric and write the dielectric constant at w=0 calculated
that Lumen calculate in a GW calculation in the plasmon-pole approximation?
Or a simple way to read it from the ndb.PP database?

Re: BSE and shift current

Dear xiaomeng

did you use the same approximations for BSE and shift-current?

You also have to consider that in the shift-current resposne there are addition peaks due to the one or two-phonon
resonances that are not present in the linear response.

I advice you to test on a simple case like h-BN ...
